Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Associate Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of our SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience in SEO tools and techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in SEO with a demonstrated ability to improve search rankings and website traffic. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, link building, and technical SEO. Experience with content optimization and collaborating with content creators. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize SEO campaigns. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems like WordPress is preferred. Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and traffic. Perform regular keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor website performance, identify SEO issues, and collaborate with web developers to implement fixes. Coordinate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation. Track key SEO metrics, analyze results, and prepare performance reports for management and clients. Keep abreast of SEO trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly. Guide and mentor junior SEO team members.
