This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 550000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 5.5-6 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Gurugram JobType: full-time We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional who can strengthen organic visibility and drive sustainable traffic growth across digital platforms. This role focuses on building and executing comprehensive SEO strategies by combining keyword research, technical optimization, content collaboration, and performance analysis. We work closely with content, marketing, and technology teams to ensure search best practices are embedded into every stage of the digital experience. The role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of evolving search trends and algorithms. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify organic growth opportunities Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve search rankings Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase visibility and domain authority Monitor website and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues Work closely with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly, high-quality content Build and manage backlinks through ethical and sustainable link-building practices Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and key metrics Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices What Makes You a Great Fit Strong hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, and competitive analysis Experience with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and SEO-focused content optimization Ability to collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and technical teams Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making Ethical approach to link building and long-term SEO growth Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving search landscape
