ABOUT THE ROLE

Boots.com is looking for a Content Strategist to join our Digital team. In this role, you’ll combine data, storytelling, and strategic thinking to improve customer journeys and lead Boot’s digital growth. You’ll be responsible for planning content that not only engages but performs, by using insights to guide decisions, improve messaging, and uncover new opportunities. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about digital content, has a thoughtful eye for latest trends, and

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will report to the SEO Content Manager but will involve collaboration with UX, Digital Experience and Brand Marketing teams, and agency partners. You’ll work across core areas of Boots.com such as healthcare, beauty, and pharmacy to plan, optimise, and measure content that meets customer needs and business priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead content audits to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities across Boots.com
  • Use data (GA4, Contentsquare, social listening) to evaluate content performance and shape editorial planning
  • Translate customer behaviours, search trends, and seasonal insights into actionable content strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve campaigns, launches, and always-on content needs
  • Contribute to the Digital transformation programme by providing industry leading best practice
  • Explore AI tools and trend forecasting to support scalable ideation and planning
  • Champion Boots’ brand tone and customer focus across all content formats
