ABOUT THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO & Content Manager (Hybrid, Cape Town) to execute key digital marketing tasks across global markets. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of practical experience in SEO implementation, content creation (including email), and marketing reporting. You will focus on executing tasks — not developing strategy — and will work closely with leadership and other teams to support content production, improve organic traffic, and deliver performance insights.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, email content creation, and reporting
  • Ability to execute marketing tasks independently without strategic ownership
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Excel
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with a proactive attitude
Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks to support organic traffic growth

Email Content Creation

  • Create content for email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, B2C/B2B)
  • Manage segmentation and personalization to improve engagement

Content & Collaboration Support

  • Write and edit marketing materials including guides, brochures, and website content
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, account management) to align messaging
  • Assist with content planning and publication calendars

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key marketing metrics (SEO, email, website traffic, social)
  • Provide performance insights to leadership via tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel
  • Monitor results from paid media campaigns (run by external teams) and relay key findings

Social Media Support

  • Publish / Create scheduled content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Assist with monitoring engagement and basic community interaction
