JOB SUMMARY:

Are you a creative and analytical marketer with a passion for SEO, writing and video content creation? As a SEO/Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and optimise our digital presence.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Supervisor, you will become an integral part of an energetic and growing marketing team.
In this role, you will work across multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, and email, to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Support, Customer Partnership Management, and Sales, as well as external agencies, to maintain brand consistency and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Each piece of work will also be adapted and replicated for our French, German, and International markets to ensure cohesive global messaging.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing SEO strategies, creating and optimising video content, writing compelling copy for blogs and press releases, developing a comprehensive PR communications plan, managing marketing material inventory, and crafting and uploading email campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B with a focus on lead generation, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in direct marketing, market segmentation, and research methodologies to drive targeted campaigns.
  • Strong B2B copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and best practices.
  • Experience in video content creation, editing, and optimisation for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, CRM tools, Excel, and content creation platforms (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
  • Skilled in presenting data and insights effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy, with experience in paid advertising platforms: LinkedIn Ads and Meta experience, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution of multiple projects.
  • Proactive in generating creative marketing ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimise on-page SEO, and track performance metrics.
  • Craft compelling copy (email campaigns & blogs) and engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Plan, create, and optimise video content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Create professional print material including brochures, product sheets and more.
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage creative/copy assets by coordinating with graphic designers and translation agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Organise and schedule email campaigns across multiple platforms.
