Responsibilities

StudentFM is seeking a talented and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on elevating the visibility and engagement of our brand through effective SEO strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and impactful email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing paired with a creative mindset and analytical expertise to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
· SEO Management:

o Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic.

  • Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and manage metadata.
  • Analyse performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs; provide actionable insights to improve results.

· Digital Marketing Campaigns:

o Plan, execute, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop compelling and targeted ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to increase lead generation and engagement rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and deliver on KPIs.

· Email Marketing:

o Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage current customers.

  • Oversee email segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Maintain and grow the customer email database in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

· Cross-Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Assist in developing branded marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

· Reporting & Optimization:

o Prepare regular performance reports on all marketing activities with measurable outcomes and insights.

  • Continuously identify marketing trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Salary Range
The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
