SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will bring agency experience (though strong client-side experience will also be considered) along with a proven track record in SEO delivery.

  • Strong background in SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO and on-page optimisation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning and implementing SEO strategies, running audits, optimising websites, and providing actionable recommendations to clients. You’ll work closely with account managers and the wider digital team to ensure SEO campaigns deliver measurable results - and that clients are kept ahead of industry trends.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing and optimising SEO campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Conducting website audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  • Implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitoring performance and preparing insightful client reports.
  • Staying up to date with the latest SEO developments and sharing best practices with the team.
