Develop an annual growth plan: content, intent prioritization, resources (in-house / contractors). Modernize Analytics Systems. Enhance our GSC and GA4 dashboards; establish an initial set of essential reports and alerts. Ensure Proper Indexing, Clear Information Architecture, Correct Structured Data (Organization/Product/HowTo/FAQ/Review), and strong Core Web Vitals. Keyword Clustering & Content Production. Structure keyword clusters, write clear briefs for writers/designers, manage regular publishing and updates, and implement internal linking. (Goal: Scalability and repeatability; finalize "template page" types after the audit.) Link-Earning & E-E-A-T. Develop a strategy for acquiring quality backlinks and authority signals; collaborate with the brand team on digital PR and thought leadership. GEO / Answer Engine Optimization. Secure presence and citations for JobHire.AI in AI-powered search answers (AI Overviews, Copilot, Perplexity, etc.) for high-intent topics; connect GEO signals to organic contribution.
