OVERVIEW:

AdLeverage is looking to add a proven SEO manager that adds to a well-established world-class SEO team. This position will be a great fit for someone who excels in the three pillars of SEO: content, technical, and off-site SEO. This is a great position for someone looking to do hands-on SEO and can also communicate SEO to a broader audience. The SEO manager reports directly to the Director of SEO.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, SEMRush, SurferSEO, Ahrefs, etc
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • As an SEO manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, set-up, execution, and ongoing optimization of SEO efforts across multiple SEO clients.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords at each level of the customer decision-making process and across the brands to ensure differentiation
  • Plan, executive, optimize and maintain website content and landing pages, structure, and technical SEO elements
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as website activity, traffic trends, SERP rankings, customer acquisition and lead generation metrics and more, to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates:
  • Stay informed about emerging SEO tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
  • Work closely with other areas of marketing, as well as sales, brand and divisional teams, channel teams, etc
  • Report on SEO performance such as: Keywords, Traffic, Leads, Revenue
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients.
