ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and commercially-minded SEO Manager to contribute to the delivery of SEO strategy and performance for high-profile clients, helping to drive significant business results.
You will play a key strategic role in our SEO team, overseeing the implementation of technical, content, onsite and offsite optimisation work, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships across multiple regions (Nordics and EMEA).
You’ll be responsible for handing and contributing to SEO delivery for some of the team’s largest accounts. This includes implementation planning and ensuring that all work is aligned with agreed KPIs, objectives and budgets. You’ll act as a point of contact for clients, working to build trust and long-term relationships.
Your SEO work will span technical audits, platform optimisation, content strategy, authority building and backlink profile management. You will also be involved in AI-enhanced content development, prompt optimisation for LLMs and ensuring visibility within AI-powered search formats such as Google’s Search Generative Experience, AIOs and AI Mode when it hits our shores.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sister agencies and other international offices to deliver coordinated SEO campaigns across regions. Additionally, you will support the wider Experience team and contribute to internal initiatives, operations and product innovation.
