Our growing Digital team is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Manager to join our dynamic agency. In this role you will take ownership of a select group of client accounts, overseeing their journey from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Understand advanced SEO strategies and align them with broader client marketing goals
  • Confidently advise on SEO strategy and technical structure for site builds and web migrations
  • Own technical audits and recommendations, from crawlability to indexation and site speed improvements
  • Review content strategies and work with teams to optimise for E-E-A-T and search intent
  • Report clearly on performance using SEO and analytics tools, turning insights into actionable next steps
  • Support in scoping and planning new client retainers and onboarding processes
  • Lead competitive and keyword analysis, prepare proposals and present findings to clients both virtually and in person
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and developers to ensure output is fully SEO-aligned
  • Mentor and guide SEO Executives to ensure consistent delivery across accounts
