This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 7-10 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time The SEO Manager will be responsible for driving organic growth by planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies. This role focuses on improving search visibility, increasing qualified traffic, and enhancing conversions across digital platforms through a data-driven and collaborative approach. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent analysis to support content and growth initiatives. Optimize website architecture, content, metadata, and internal linking to improve search performance. Track and analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics to measure impact. Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated. Perform regular SEO audits and implement corrective and optimization measures. Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience in managing SEO initiatives and driving measurable organic growth. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and common CMS platforms. Preferred Skills Experience in content optimization and SEO-led content strategy. Strong technical SEO capabilities, including site performance and indexing optimization. Experience with link-building, outreach, and authority-building strategies.
