With offerings like our Bryce Stock line that ships in one week, and a variety of beautifully designed collections, our fast, in-house design and delivery approach sets us apart. We serve contractors, designers, builders, and homeowners alike, with a reputation built on quality, responsiveness, and speed.
We’re launching a new online storefront to bring our cabinetry products directly to consumers, and we need a strategic Part‑Time Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to drive growth. This is a remote, flex‑hour role (5–15 hours/week) with the potential to become full‑time based on performance and revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ecommerce and/or digital marketing experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms)
  • Proven track record with paid ads, social media growth, email marketing, and SEO
  • Creative content skills—visuals, copy, tone aligned with brand identity
  • Analytical mindset and experience interpreting marketing data
  • Strong organizational and independent working ability
  • Bonus: familiarity with home improvement, cabinetry, or related design niches

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market launch plan for our online store
  • Lead digital campaigns across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook), paid ads (Google, Meta), and influencer outreach
  • Build and manage email campaigns: newsletters, welcome sequences, cart recovery, and promotions
  • Execute SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page content, product optimization, blog content
  • Analyze site and ad performance with Google Analytics and ad dashboards; optimize based on insights
  • Collaborate on brand visuals, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with our audience
  • Test conversion tools (e.g., popups, bundles, discount codes) to improve performance
