POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with strong technical, creative, and analytical expertise to manage our marketing automation, website, advertising campaigns, SEO strategy, and creative design work. This role requires a hands-on professional with at least 2 years of proven experience across multiple digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, automation, and web management.
• Proven experience with Zapier, Make, WordPress, HTML, and front-end website work.
• Skilled in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, local SEO, and AI-driven ranking strategies.
• Proficient with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Follow Up Boss, GetResponse, Figma, Canva, and CapCut.
• Understanding of CRM integrations and lead nurturing processes.
• Strong design and creative sense for high-impact marketing materials.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in real estate marketing or related industries.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing data attribution and tracking tools.
