POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO & Paid Advertising Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that maximize online visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of search engine optimization, paid media platforms, and performance analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic and paid advertising ROI.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and emerging ad technologies.
• Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
