DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in SEO, content creation, and Google Business Page management.
• Proficient in using various CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
• Exposure to SEO audit and strategy processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in using prompts to create content with LLMs.

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for someone to deliver exceptional multi-disciplinary work across content creation, website management, off-page SEO, Local SEO data analysis and website audits to drive improved visibility and online Local SEO performance for SMEs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use AI Tools that help us work at scale in a way that enables us to increase client performance.
• Produce high-quality content across various platforms and types.
• Upload and manage content across various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
• Create and publish posts to enhance local search visibility on Google Business Profiles.
• Use client data to conduct analysis of small businesses’ local search visibility and competitor performance, providing actionable insights and strategies.
• Audits and optimisations of Google Business Profiles.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen.
• Comfortable speaking with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Foster and develop strong inter-team relationships, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
