Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support and coordinate the SEO department. You will act as the bridge between SEO specialists, management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliverables, and high-quality output. This role involves task management, prioritizing client needs, supporting team processes, and communicating performance updates to leadership. Position Responsibilities: Manage monthly task assignments and workflows in Monday.com Prioritize and delegate client requests and SEO-related tasks Track deadlines, progress, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality Support new client kickoff calls and coordinate internal next steps Work closely with SEO, QLT, and CSM teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain consistency Help improve processes and maintain documentation across the department Minimum Requirements: Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools Familiarity with SEO workflows and deliverables Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to function in a dynamic and challenging environment Relevant Fields of Study: Marketing, Design or STEM Disciplines Compensation: $34,000 MXN - $37,000 MXN / Gross Monthly Work in an agency positioned as the number one in the USA in the area of legal digital marketing Flexible schedule according to the school schedule Professional development and growth Possibility of obtaining a full-time job after graduating from the career
