About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven, all-rounder SEO Specialist to take full ownership of a portfolio. You'll be responsible for the complete SEO lifecycle — technical, on-page, and off-page — with a clear mandate: drive these sites to first-page Google rankings and grow organic traffic month over month. This is a hands-on role for someone who works fast, thinks strategically, and can juggle multiple websites without dropping the ball. If you can show measurable results and know SEO inside out, we want to hear from you. Because our clients and customers are based primarily in the UK, Europe, and the Americas, our working hours are aligned to those time zones to ensure we're available when our markets are active.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of ~10 websites
• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages to maximise ranking potential
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues: site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, mobile usability, and site architecture
• Optimise on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema markup, and content structure
• Plan and execute off-page/link-building strategies to build domain authority safely (white-hat only)
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions; report on progress with clear metrics
• Use SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics / GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar) to find opportunities and track performance
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with content and web teams to implement recommendations quickly

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience
• Demonstrated track record of moving websites onto the first page of Google and growing organic traffic (please be ready to share examples)
• Strong command of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO — a true all-rounder
• Ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools
• Strong analytical mindset and a fast, results-oriented work ethic
• Good written and spoken English
• A degree is preferred but not required — if you can demonstrate strong skills and real results, that's what counts

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time, On-site (no remote option)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Because our clients and customers are based primarily in the UK, Europe, and the Americas, our working hours are aligned to those time zones to ensure we're available when our markets are active.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month + AED 350 travel allowance + Visa + Insurance
