QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising tools.
• Familiarity with automotive market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry-specific needs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.
• Ability to create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM software.
• Creative & Communication Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to the automotive industry’s unique needs and audience.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation for the automotive business.
• Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of engaging, relevant, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels tailored to the automotive sector.
• SEO & SEM Management: Lead SEO efforts to ensure optimal search rankings for our website and other digital properties. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, while engaging with customers and building brand loyalty within the automotive community.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive sales, specifically focusing on the automotive audience.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
• Paid Advertising: Develop and manage paid campaigns (PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.) tailored to the automotive industry to increase visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze customer behavior to optimize digital touchpoints and enhance the user experience on digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.).
• Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives and product offerings.
