Job Summary Elevato is seeking an experienced, motivated SEO Contractor to support our digital marketing team on a project and contract basis. This role focuses on executing SEO strategies for client campaigns with efficiency and excellence. The contractor will be responsible for driving measurable results in organic search performance, improving rankings, and generating traffic growth.
This position is independent contractor work (not employment). While this position offers flexibility in schedule and scope, candidate will need to be available during normal business hours and occasional client meetings.

• Understanding of the shifting landscape of SEO with the addition of AI and the ability to implement strategies to help clients rank in AI searches.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of assigned SEO campaigns and strategies
• Execute deliverables efficiently and on-time
• Communicate progress and results to the Elevato team and/or clients as required
• Support continuous improvement of SEO processes and best practices

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct keyword research and analysis
• Perform SEO site audits and provide actionable recommendations
• Optimize websites for target keywords, crawlability, and indexability
• Develop and refine SEO strategies based on data and industry trends
• Support content optimization and link-building initiatives
• Manage local citation campaigns and review generation systems
• Provide regular performance reports for campaigns
