Long Island based real estate firm looking for online digital marketing specialist who can manage the firm’s web initiatives including its website, social media communications strategy and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Twitter) and other marketing technology to enhance the firm’s social media presence.

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

Social media management, SEO, Analytics, AI powered platforms, domain management
Work with vendors to maintain website assuring that content is consistently updated
Keep company message concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts with video
Improve SEO of product and increase customer base
Learn our CRM and help train others on its implementation
Track leads and implement systems to convert leads to customers
Google Analytics Review of website analytics of website traffic, bounce rate and traffic sources
Manage distribution of e-blasts
Train sales staff on self-promotion
Implement video marketing and train others to do the same
Strong communication and project management skills
Must be a self-starter and proactive. Creative thinker with problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and detail and results oriented
Marketing and administrative background is a must to coordinate and support company wide marketing and advertising initiatives and programs
Create niche marketing lists from various sources
