JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of SEO best practices and strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our website ranks highly on search engines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Experience in content marketing and development.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with local SEO is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for key property listings and service pages.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and drive SEO efforts.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience.
  • Monitor website performance and make adjustments to improve rankings using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new SEO tools/techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.
  • Manage local SEO efforts, including Google My Business optimization, to drive traffic to property listings.
