Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Proven SEO experience in a results focused, client or agency side organisation
  • Experience of devising and overseeing successful outreach campaigns in partnership with PR and Social Media departments.
  • Experience with SEO Tools - Google Search Console, Link Analysis (e.g. Majestic SEO/Open Explorer) Crawler Software (e.g. Screaming Frog and Deepcrawl). Search Metrics, Search Engine Business Listings (e.g. Google My Business and Bing Places)
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Analytics API for Google Spreadsheets
  • An excellent number cruncher, able to get underneath the skin of data and easily identify trends, insights and produce actions
  • A cross functional collaborator, with experience building collaborative relationships
Responsibilities

As our SEO Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading the SEO channel, developing and executing organic search strategies while reporting on key domain performance across America and EMEA.
  • Leading in all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, link building, website auditing, and delivering actionable recommendations from both a content and technical perspective.
  • Overseeing local marketing strategies, including management of services like Google My Business.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of SEO campaign results.
  • Providing internal SEO training for global and regional teams.
  • Monitor the technical health of each website and provide in depth technical audits with recommendation
