We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who can take ownership of SEO strategies for our clients and drive measurable organic growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, content, and user experience Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and site performance Develop and manage ethical link-building and authority-building initiatives Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing team members Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using industry-leading tools Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO opportunities Identify and prioritize opportunities that drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue growth Manage and optimize SEO efforts across multiple client websites Requirements Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions Expert-level knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard SEO tools Strong experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations Expertise in keyword research, search intent analysis, content strategy, and content optimization Experience managing SEO campaigns for eCommerce businesses Strong understanding of Google's ranking factors, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and site architecture Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, schema markup, crawlability, rendering, and indexation Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of SEO performance Preferred Qualifications Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or businesses Extensive experience with Shopify SEO and eCommerce SEO Proven success in competitive markets and scaling organic traffic growth Experience with international SEO, local SEO, and multi-location SEO campaigns Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user experience best practices Experience collaborating directly with developers to implement technical SEO improvements What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in organic traffic and search visibility Improved rankings for high-value keywords Increased qualified leads, conversions, and revenue from organic search Strong technical SEO health and website performance Clear reporting, strategic recommendations, and measurable business impact Application Requirements To apply, please submit your application with your resume attached.
