Description

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is comfortable with the technical details of onsite and offsite SEO such as keyword research, schema, metadata, etc., and also loves to dig into data and analytics to optimize campaigns and client websites. The SEO Specialist is responsible for managing all SEO campaigns and analysis for client campaigns and their websites they are assigned to. Looking for someone who loves to find ways to help clients rank for their keywords and phrases in Search Engines and LLMs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of SEO experience including keyword research, SEO optimization, analyzing site structure, Google Search Console, working with SEO software like Screaming Frog or MOZ, etc.
  • 1+ year of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience, Google Analytics certification preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills including drawing inferences and insights from the data
  • Experience in managing SEO for multi-location businesses preferred
  • Basic knowledge of how to read and manipulate HTML
  • Strong writing, analytical and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to juggle 7+ clients
  • Self-starter who is willing to solve analytics and campaign challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities
  • SEO management for select clients including SEO auditing, keyword research, technical implementation, performance analysis, and SEO optimization
  • Optimize clients’ websites, including but not limited to optimizing content, optimizing meta data, updating internal linking, optimizing elements to improve conversion rate, etc.
  • Quarterly and monthly client SEO performance audits to optimize campaigns and find opportunities
  • Create quarterly strategies and tasks lists for clients and then fulfill those tasks.
  • Work with our writers and publishers to create SEO strategy and ensure SEO best measures are maintained across content and campaigns
  • Manage and create link building strategy for clients as needed
  • Troubleshoot analytics problems and solve issues that arise with clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their SEO needs and provide a stellar client experience, including client education when necessary
  • Produce detailed analysis and reporting on clients’ campaigns
  • Stay current on the latest SEO and analytics strategies and technologies
  • Research and optimize for ranking in AIOs and LLMs
  • Be a knowledge resource for other SEO team members
  • Share data and insights with content and PPC teams
  • Assist Principal as needed in other marketing efforts
