JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, and drive lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics tools, keyword research, and content optimization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads Certification.
  • Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media integration with SEO.
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content to improve search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO metrics including rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website architecture, page speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and identify backlink opportunities to increase domain authority.
  • Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to analyze performance and identify issues.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths and gaps in SEO strategies.
