To support our expansion, we are recruiting a Remote SEO Specialist (M/F) based in the UK, to help grow our French-speaking websites and further develop our online presence in France, Monaco, Switzerland, Belgium, and other francophone markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO (in-house or agency)
• Fluent in French (native or near-native level)
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress CMS – mandatory
• Proficient in using SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Analytical, organized, curious, and solution-oriente

As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the organic visibility, traffic, and keyword rankings of our French-language websites. You will work in close collaboration with our Head of SEO to implement strategies that support our growth across luxury recruitment segments.

Responsibilities

• Execute tailored SEO strategies for the French-speaking markets
• Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, structured data, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate with content writers to enhance articles, category pages, and landing pages
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other key tools
• Detect and resolve technical SEO issues (page speed, mobile UX, crawl/indexing, etc.)
• Track keyword positions and prepare regular SEO performance reports
• Stay informed on SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
