POSITION OVERVIEW

As our SEO Specialist, you’ll:

  • Double down on traditional SEO, boosting our visibility on Google and other major search engines.
  • Explore emerging discovery channels—like AI, voice, and video as we grow.

This role blends trusted SEO tactics with forward-looking techniques to fuel both performance and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in SEO or digital marketing, with solid organic performance results. SEM experience is a plus.
  • SEO Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz
  • Technical SEO Expertise: Fluent in HTML, CSS, site architecture, and on-page optimization.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Able to transform data into meaningful strategy.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Content & Link Strategy: Proven experience writing SEO-optimized content and executing backlink campaigns.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Comfortable translating SEO strategy across teams in a clear, approachable way.
Responsibilities
  • On-Page Optimization: Enhance meta tags, header structure, internal links, and readability for pages and blog posts.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Write and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts and site content aligned with keyword strategy and user intent.
  • Link Building & Authority Growth: Lead outreach and internal linking campaigns to boost domain authority.
  • AI-Powered Efficiency: Use AI tools for keyword research, audits, and technical insights— a savvy strategy wins the day.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Track algorithm updates and emerging search trends—especially AI-fueled, voice, and video discovery—and adapt quickly.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor metrics like organic traffic and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
