Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO & Digital Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies, Google Ads campaigns, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO and running Google & Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience in remarketing and funnel-building strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
  • Perform keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to enhance rankings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) campaigns.
  • Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including A/B testing, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Continuously analyze and improve ad performance to achieve KPIs and reduce cost per conversion.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce effective ad creatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital advertising.
