SUMMARY:

Responsible for spearheading the development and optimization of UVVC’s organic digital marketing efforts. This role plays a critical part in driving patient acquisition through improved search visibility, technical site performance, and data-driven content strategy. This position combines strong SEO expertise with analytical skills to support our mission of transforming vascular care through digital growth

  • Lead the SEO strategy to drive new patient leads and appointment bookings through improved organic search performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site health, page speed, schema markup, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and clinical teams to ensure on-page SEO best practices are aligned with patient education and local search intent.
  • Perform deep keyword research and competitive analysis to inform service-line and location-based content strategies.
  • Build a high-quality backlink and citation strategy to improve authority and local SEO rankings across multiple clinic locations.
  • Regularly analyze organic performance using SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and produce actionable insights.
  • Partner with internal marketing and call center teams to correlate SEO efforts with conversion and lead quality data.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and healthcare digital marketing trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, healthcare, multi-location, or performance-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic, improving rankings, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong command of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and backlink development.
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other leading SEO tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on large sets of marketing and performance data.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and multi-location strategies; knowledge of PPC platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Highly dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
