WEB DEVELOPER / SEO SPECIALIST – JOB OVERVIEW

The Web Developer / SEO Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites while optimizing them for search engines. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and analytical skills to enhance website performance, improve user experience, and support digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in web development technologies and SEO best practices while ensuring website security and functionality.

3. CONTENT & USER EXPERIENCE (UX) OPTIMIZATION

• Optimize website design and content for better user engagement and conversions.
• Improve navigation, page layout, and site structure to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to blogs, landing pages, and digital assets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.).
• Familiarity with website speed optimization, mobile-first design, and security protocols.
• Ability to analyze SEO reports and implement data-driven strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

4. TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site audits, indexing, and crawling error fixes.
• Optimize website speed and performance using tools like Lighthouse, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Implement and manage structured data (Schema Markup) for rich search results.
• Track and report SEO and website performance metrics.
