ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of the growth team, SEO Strategists drive how businesses organically discover Ramp’s finance automation platform. You’ll be the end-to-end owner for multiple content pillars and tactics that span the entire SERP and answer-engine landscape. From ramp.com blog articles and product pages to affiliate hubs, YouTube videos, Reddit threads, and emerging AI surfaces, you’ll blend traditional SEO craft with advanced answer engine optimization strategies. This role will leverage cutting-edge analytics tools, automated content pipelines, and full funnel performance data to ensure Ramp is present wherever users search or ask.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the omnichannel SERP strategy: Design and ship passages and content that drive visibility, impressions, and clicks across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other answer engines
  • Turn SEO practices into workflows: Test, iterate, then build. Everything the SEO team does becomes an automation that benefits the whole team and company.
  • Think big: Expand Ramp’s footprint beyond our domain by activating 3rd-party affiliate sites, partner blogs, YouTube channels, podcasts, Reddit communities, and more to distribute Ramp messaging
  • Leverage Ramp’s data: Combine search-volume, prompt, and user-behavior datasets to uncover gaps, understand sizing, and communicate progress with cross-functional partners.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Track core updates, AEO tactics, SERP/UI shifts, and LLM retrieval changes.
