You’ll design and deliver tailored English programs that empower our members to communicate confidently in international settings. From customized training to ongoing communication support, you’ll be key to fostering Lunit’s global culture. If you’re passionate about helping others grow through language and making a tangible impact on global teamwork, join us in shaping Lunit’s success on the global stage. 🚩 Roles & Responsibilities Provide English language training to Lunit members at different proficiency levels, including 1:1 classes, group classes, or various formats Develop customized training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments Provide training to develop global business communication skills including effective listening and speaking in cross-cultural meetings, writing skills, and presentation techniques that contribute to the company's performance Manage the language training program, including class registration, attendance tracking, progress monitoring, and language proficiency assessments with feedback Provide support to employees with English documentation reviews or language-related questions where necessary 🎯 Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience teaching business English in the corporate, government or adult education OR over 2+ years of corporate in-house training experience Minimum bachelor’s degree Proficient in business English writing and spoken communication in a corporate environment Experience managing language training programs Skilled in developing curriculum, learning materials, and assessments Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team ‘Live to learn’ mindset and inspired to develop others Strong empathy toward Korean learners by understanding their linguistic and cultural challenges Ability to create a psychologically safe classroom environment, and help students overcome fear and build confidence in communication Interested in learning areas of medical, software, AI etc. Has creative and broader perspectives 🏅 Preferred Experiences Experience working in IT or healthcare industry Experience teaching in one-on-one, small group, and lecture-style settings Aware of Korean culture and common language challenges that Korean learners face due to their first language (L1) 📝How to Apply CV (resume, free format, in English) 🏃‍♀️ Hiring Process Document Screening → Phone Screening → Competency-based Interview → Culture-fit Interview → Onboarding After the final interview, we may proceed with reference checks if needed. 🤝 Work Conditions and Environment Work Type: Full-time Work Location : Lunit HQ(5F, 374, Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) Salary: After negotiation 🎸 ETC If you misrepresent your experience or education or provide false or fraudulent information in or with your application, it may be grounds for cancellation of the employment.
