Job Description We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate to support our factory’s digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and digital process improvement within manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project leads to develop digital tools, automate reporting, and improve operational visibility. This position offers structured learning exposure in manufacturing analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Support development of dashboards and automated reports for production KPIs (UPH, OEE, Yield, Downtime). Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating production data from multiple systems. Support automation of manual reporting processes using Excel, Power Automate, or similar tools. Perform data analysis to identify trends and highlight improvement opportunities. Assist in system testing, documentation, and user training materials for digital tools. Support project tracking activities (update status, follow up on action items). Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand manufacturing requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. SKILLS: Strong foundation in: Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables; VBA is a plus) Microsoft Power BI (basic dashboard creation, data modeling exposure) Basic understanding of SQL or Python is an advantage. Familiarity with manufacturing concepts (OEE, Yield, Takt Time, Downtime) through coursework or internship. Good analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced factory environment. Good communication and teamwork skills Internship experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. Exposure to MES or manufacturing data systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma fundamentals. Experience in academic or internship projects involving dashboarding or automation.
