Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the Department Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy and tactics. The most important being the ability to work with the team to assure the good execution. The individual will work with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity and cycle time. Knowledgeable in the Prober, Tester, probe card management and machine troubleshooting with any additional wafer equipment knowledge. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics, Computer Science and Information Technology. SKILLS: Familiar any related computerized system. Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data. PREFERRED SKILLS: Able to present comfortably in a big group of employees. Able to work independently. Good interpersonal skill.
