Responsibilities

Our Outstanding rated SEN schools (ages 4 - 19) in Wandsworth and Lambeth are looking for Teaching Assistants who are interested in being upskilled with Team Teach training from September. Our schools cater for a variety of complex and severe needs, specialising in supporting non-verbal children and those with sensory impairments.
Although challenging, there will be excellent opportunities for professional development and quick progression at our schools. Zen Educate are pleased to offer Team Teach training free of charge for dedicated candidates seeking long term, full time positions in our SEN schools starting ASAP. This highly sought-after positive behaviour training is an invaluable tool in fostering a holistic approach to behaviour management for individuals as well as organisations working with children and adults, across diverse settings, including schools, and health and social care. Upon selection, this training will commence in May and will consist of two days at one of our SEN schools.
Earn up to £110 a day, depending on your experience and the impression you make during a paid trial - an opportunity the school is more than happy to arrange for you to get a genuine feel for the role. This role is highly active and fast paced, so we are looking for really passionate, motivated and enthusiastic SEN TAs with a can-do attitude, ready to go above and beyond for the children. Experience is by no means required, so this is a great opportunity if you’re looking to kick start a career in special education or just develop your existing skills further.
