Description Mack Industries is hiring individuals to add to our growing Septic Service Division. In this position one would provide annual and as needed services to our residential and commercial customers. Entry level position Mack Industries trains all new hires for this position. Can reach up to $21/hr in first year of employment, earn as you master your skills! Essential Functions Performs maintenance and repair on residential and commercial septic pumps systems, control systems and aeration systems Preforms preventative and predictive maintenance Safe operation of company owned vehicle Reporting all MOV and field safety concerns to management Act as company customer service representative when needed which includes but not limited to sales transactions and communicating customer concerns Willingness to learn septic and pump systems Willingness to develop new skills and progress current skills Willingness to assist other departments as needed Requirements Education and Training High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Qualifications Any knowledge in but not limited to aerators, float switches, alarm systems, risers, check valves and 110V-230V control panels is preferred but not required Basic electrical knowledge preferred but not required Basic plumbing knowledge preferred but not required Experience in customer service-related support a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple operations at once Proficient in basic computer software and capacity to learn new systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be 21 years or older Environment Conditions and Physical Strain Construction environment, seasonal weather conditions Due to the nature of the operation, the levels of noise, dust and dirt can be high. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., on occasion Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to squat, crawl and kneel to complete tasks Behavioral Traits Willingness to work collaboratively within a team Customer focused, attentive and responsive.
