Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the automotive industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about automobiles and have a passion for helping customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with the information and support they need in Serbian while enhancing their overall experience with our automotive services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and parts via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian. Provide assistance with vehicle specifications, pricing, and maintenance schedules. Help customers navigate the purchasing process and answer any questions they may have. Resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain customer records in our CRM system. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure effective service delivery. Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with customers. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
