Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the aviation industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and aviation, and who wish to provide exceptional support to clients in need of assistance. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with customers in Serbian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience as they navigate aviation services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding aviation services, flight bookings, and airport procedures via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Assist customers with ticket purchases, changes, and cancellations while providing information on policies and procedures. Resolve customer issues related to baggage, flight status, and other travel-related concerns. Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and follow-up purposes. Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on aviation industry regulations and best practices for effective customer interaction. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with airline reservation systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
