This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a financial setting. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating banking products and services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian. Provide information about account balances, transaction details, and services, ensuring clarity and understanding. Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customers receive comprehensive support. Stay informed about new banking products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and financial systems.
