Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opening for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the construction industry. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent support and guidance to clients in the construction sector. You will be instrumental in helping customers navigate their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise while communicating in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries regarding construction projects, products, and services through phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Assist clients with understanding project specifications, timelines, and related documentation. Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction. Document interactions accurately and maintain records within the CRM system for database integrity. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technical staff, to provide timely solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to enhance customer service quality. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally within the construction or related industries. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
