This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about learning and committed to providing exemplary customer support. As a representative, you will assist students, educators, and clients in navigating e-learning platforms and educational resources, ensuring a positive experience in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, course offerings, and enrollment processes via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Provide guidance on available educational resources, tools, and features to enhance learning experiences. Assist with technical issues related to online learning platforms while offering effective solutions. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with educational teams to improve service delivery and support educational goals. Stay updated on industry trends, curriculum changes, and new platform features to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly within the education or e-learning sectors, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to helping others succeed. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and educational technology is preferred.
