Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opportunity for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the finance industry! This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a keen interest in finance. As part of our team, you will engage with clients to provide them with the support and information they need regarding financial services, products, and inquiries, all while communicating effectively in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Provide accurate information regarding loans, investment options, and regulatory requirements. Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts or transactions. Document customer interactions and ensure that records are maintained accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with financial advisors and operational teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on financial trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to clients. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the finance sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
