Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Healthcare industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and dedicated to providing high-quality customer support. As a representative, you will assist patients and clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the care and information they need, all while communicating effectively in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and insurance via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian. Provide information about treatment options, healthcare plans, and facility services. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, processing inquiries, and managing follow-up communications. Resolve patient complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for ongoing support. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide customers with the most accurate information and assistance. Stay updated on healthcare policies, services, and industry changes to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical terminology is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
