Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services, all while delivering exemplary service in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, travel itineraries, and local attractions via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Provide information on available services, promotions, and travel policies to enhance the customer experience. Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with a friendly demeanor. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with partners in the hospitality and travel sectors to ensure a seamless customer journey. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality service. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
