Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong background in IT and are eager to help customers troubleshoot their technical issues. As a crucial part of our customer support team, you will provide assistance and guidance to clients using your fluency in Serbian to ensure effective communication. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Assist customers with technical issues, software installations, and troubleshooting. Provide users with information on system updates, product features, and best practices. Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately for future reference. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve service delivery. Stay updated on new technologies and developments in the IT field to better assist customers. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism. Familiarity with customer service software and IT support tools.
