This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media services and have a knack for providing outstanding customer support. As a member of our team, you will assist clients in navigating their media entertainment options while delivering exceptional service in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding media services, including subscriptions, programming, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Assist clients with account management, including subscription changes and inquiries about billing. Provide updates on new releases, features, and promotions within the entertainment sector. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and strive to ensure a positive experience. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer concerns. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide current and relevant information to customers. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally within the media or entertainment sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and a good understanding of media services.
