Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. If you have a passion for helping others and a keen interest in healthcare, this role is designed for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive the best possible support in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian. Provide accurate information on product availability, dosage, pricing, and usage instructions. Assist customers with prescription refills, order tracking, and any necessary changes to their orders. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for compliance and follow-up purposes. Collaborate with pharmacy staff and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support. Stay informed about pharmaceutical products and industry regulations to provide reliable and up-to-date information. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills with a compassionate and understanding approach. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic health records is desirable.
