Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about property and customer service, and who want to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a representative, you will assist clients with their real estate inquiries and provide exceptional support in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property management, and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian. Provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and the home buying/renting process. Assist customers in scheduling viewings and coordinating with real estate agents. Resolve issues and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Stay updated on real estate market trends and property regulations to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate software and CRM tools is desirable.
