This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a strong interest in the retail sector. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries, providing support on products and services, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience in Serbian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and returns through phone, email, and live chat in Serbian. Provide assistance with order placement, tracking, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Educate customers about promotions, product features, and store policies. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with sales teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery. Stay updated on retail trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers. Fluency in Serbian (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage customer concerns effectively. A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
